If you need to return an item, reach out to info@swiftwatersafetyinstitute.com to initiate the return.

• All returned items must be clean and dry.
• You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Your return will be credited back to the original form of payment once the item is received and processed.
• All returns must be accompanied by a NRS Return Authorization – SSI will provide this to you. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your return. Merchandise should be thoroughly cleaned and free of debris.
• A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed for the return of non-defective merchandise.
• The flat rate shipping fee is non-refundable.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to return the item and order the correct size. You will be charged for your online order, and once we receive the return we’ll credit you for the original purchase price.
